2. Existing NYALTX Foundation: DeFi Awareness
The current NYALTX white paper describes a DeFi hub emphasizing project discovery, investor visibility and Web3 engagement. Its documented feature set includes dedicated crypto project profiles, market charts, social and news feeds, embedded non-custodial swap connections, advertising and premium profile opportunities, and a proposed token generator. The existing paper also describes wallet-based authentication and smart-contract transparency. These are platform descriptions from management-provided material, not independent technical audits.
DeFi product and commercial pillars
- Project discovery: issuer/project pages aggregating market data, media, social channels and announcements.
- Awareness services: premium profiles, advertising placements, interviews, and investor-oriented content.
- Embedded DeFi trading: integrations described with external decentralized swap protocols; swaps are distinct from trading regulated securities.
- Web3 utility: wallet connection, contract identification and potential token creation tools, with feature availability subject to verification.
This discovery capability can provide an initial user experience for a securities-oriented platform, but marketing exposure and project profiles must not be characterized as regulatory approval, a securities listing, or a guarantee of liquidity.
Platform utility token. NYALTX also has a platform utility token, NYAX, which is used for site features such as premium visibility and promotional services. NYAX is not an ownership interest in NYALTX, Governa or any issuer, and it is kept entirely separate from tokenized securities and their trading. Nothing in this paper depends on NYAX, and no price, return or value is represented for it.
